10 Best Blogger Recipes I Make Again and Again (2024)

I was a blog reader for years before I actually began blogging myself and over the years, I’ve tried more blogger recipes than I can count. I love the way many blogs out there invite you into their lives and homes through recipes and over time I have developed a handful of tried and true favorite blogger recipes I turn to again and again.

From deliciously easy crock pot dinners to healthy sweet snacks and savory salads, below is a brief list of 10 blogger recipes I make in our house over and over again. If you’ve been reading PBF for more than a hot second, I have a feeling many of them will look familiar to you but if you haven’t tried them out for yourself yet, I highly encourage you to add these recipes to your meal plan once the craziness of the holiday season settles down a bit. They’re all incredibly tasty and – for the most part – pretty easy and healthy, too!

10 Favorite Blogger Recipes

I first discovered this recipe when Lindsay and I were working together on our Dinner Made Easy recipe ebook. It has quickly become one of my go-to recipes for busy weeknight dinners when I want to have something ready for our family that doesn’t require a lot of time and effort at the end of a long day. Packed with sweet potatoes and carrots, this recipe is a one-pot meal that incorporates protein, vegetables and healthy carbs in a tasty way our whole family adores.

This quinoa salad was served at Anne’s wedding and there’s a reason all of her guests requested the recipe. It’s so, so delicious! I made it for the first time for Friendsgiving and now it’s a holiday-season staple in our house. I’m not sure why I associate it with the holidays (the cranberries, maybe?), but it’s a side dish worthy of serving at a special dinner for sure!

This recipe almost smells as good as it tastes! Gina is the queen of creating healthy dinners that still taste incredible and this recipe is one I love to throw together when it’s chilly outside and we want something warm and hearty for dinner. It’s always a hit with the whole family!

As someone who considers whipped cream the highlight of any dessert, Kristin’s recipe for strawberry shortcake icebox cake was a recipe I knew I had to make the minute I saw it on her blog. It was so incredibly tasty and easy to make that it actually inspired me to make two of my own icebox cake recipes since it’s also a very easy recipe to adapt!

I am a HUGE breakfast potato lover so when I first saw Tina share this recipe for breakfast potatoes, I was all over it! It’s such a simple recipe and you truly don’t have to measure anything (though I did the first time just to be safe). It’s a breakfast potato recipe I have memorized and I can make for our family and guests and know they will be a hit every time.

I owe Brittany a billion thanks for introducing me to this dish! She brought it over right after I had Chase and Ryan and I could not believe how much we loved it! The base of this recipe is spaghetti squash and it’s packed with so much flavor. I always use hot Italian sausage when I make it (a tip I learned from Brittany) and it may be my favorite blog recipe ever.

When I first tried Brittany’s No Bake Brownies at her house last year, I found myself reaching for them again and again. Before I left, I asked for the recipe and when Brittany pointed me to her blog and I saw the ingredient list, I fell even more in love. The base of the recipe is dates and cocoa powder so they are a sweet treat I feel good about making and feeding to my family when my sweet tooth starts raging.

I looove kale but incorporating kale into salads has to be done just right or it can taste too chewy. Gina’s kale salad recipe is just as easy as it is delicious! I’ve made this salad a handful of times (it tastes great the next day which isn’t always the case with salads) and almost every time I bring it to a gathering with friends, someone asks for the recipe!

During the fall season, I saw a bunch of pumpkin spice lattes popping up all over the blog world but they all seemed way to complicated and time-consuming. I wanted an EASY recipe I could whip up first thing in the morning when my eyes were barely open. Brittany’s pumpkin spice latte is a dream come true and combines the best flavors of fall in one creamy, steamy latte!

I know I’ve talked about my ridiculous love for cabbage on the blog a time or two (it’s the best and SO underrated), so when I saw Jen’s recipe for braised purple cabbage pop up on her blog, I instantly bookmarked it. The recipe is a little more time consuming than my usual favorites, but it is so worth it, especially since it makes a TON and can tastes delicious as leftovers throughout the week!
