Estos son los pasos que debes seguir para activar tu eSIM de DIGI:

Paso 1. Verifica la compatibilidad de tu móvil con la eSIM: Consulta el listado de terminales compatibles aquí para comprobar que tu móvil es compatible.

Paso 2. Antes de instalar la eSIM:

- Asegúrate de que tu móvil esté conectado a una red wifi.

- Ten a mano otro dispositivo (móvil, ordenador o tablet) para escanear el código QR que te proporcionaremos.

Paso 3. Solicita tu eSIM desde Mi DIGI: Adjunta el DNI del titular de la línea por ambas caras en formato imagen (jpg, png, etc.) en dos archivos distintos con un peso máximo de 10MB entre ambos. Nuestro equipo verificará la documentación.

Paso 4. Confirmación de la solicitud: Una vez verificada la documentación, recibirás un SMS confirmando la solicitud. En un plazo de 24 horas, recibirás otro SMS con una URL para continuar con la activación de tu eSIM. Tendrás 48h para acceder a la URL, pasado este tiempo el enlace caducará y tendrás que iniciar el proceso de nuevo.

Paso 5. Recepción del PIN, PUK y código QR: Antes de activar tu tarjeta, recibirás un email con el PIN y el PUK, junto con un código QR.

Paso 6. Configura tu dispositivo para añadir la eSIM: Sigue las guías correspondientes según el sistema operativo de tu móvil:

- Para Android, sigue los pasos de la guía específica para Android.

- Para iOS, sigue los pasos de la guía específica para iOS.

Paso 7. Activación de la eSIM: Abre el código QR desde otro dispositivo y escanéalo con tu móvil. Tienes 3 intentos para escanear correctamente el código. Si no lo logras en estos intentos, deberás solicitar un nuevo código llamando al 1200 (gratis desde la red DIGI) o al 642 642 642 (desde otro operador).

Si la activación de la eSIM no se ha completado, puede ser debido a un error en el QR o que tu dispositivo móvil no es compatible con la eSIM, por favor, llama al 1200 (gratis desde la red DIGI).
