Sometimes, being a busy career girl can mean that you’re stuck with last-minute meals that aren’t always exactly healthy. So, for the new year, I promised that I would make more of an effort to cook more and eat the foods that can give me the most energy! But, after a long day at the office, I don’t want to have to cook a three-course meal. So, a quick and easy recipe that I can make in under 30 minutes is a must! And knowing that there a lot more busy women out there like me, I’ve decided to share with you these easy recipes for you to make at home too:

These are technically called ‘Vegan Summer Spring Rolls’ but I can’t wait for the sunny season to enjoy them! And there’s only so many hotpots a girl can eat!
