What is an E-Ticket / Online Flight Ticket? It is a travel document purchased on websites, mobile applications. There is no need to print tickets thanks to e-tickets. In other words, e-ticket or online flight tickets have replaced the print ones.

The Dominican Republic eTicket is the digital form required by multiple institutions to enter or leave the Dominican Republic. It combines the Traveler's Health Affidavit, Customs Declaration, and International Embarkations in just one single document. (It does not replace a visa.)

When you get to the station, open our app and go to 'My Tickets' or if you've added the eTicket to your phone's mobile wallet open that instead. Then, scan the eTicket QR code above the reader to open the ticket gate.

Show Your eTicket

An eticket comes as a PDF attached to an email, which you can either open from your email or in our app. Mobile Tickets are just like etickets, except you can only open them directly in our app and you need to 'activate' the ticket before you use it. Mobile Tickets can't be shared or used on more than one device.

Does Eticket cost money? ›

The system is designed to be a free service for travelers, and there are no fees or charges for using it.

Passports and visa: U.S. citizens must have a valid U.S. passport to enter Dominica. No visa is required for stays less than 6 months if you have an onward or return ticket, confirmation of accommodation, and can produce evidence of your ability to maintain yourself.

If you need to make any changes to the data already sent, in the e-ticket portal select the option to Consult E-ticket issued, enter the application code of the form and you can make the necessary changes. Do I have to do this every time I travel to Dominican Republic? Yes, the form must be filled out for each trip.

Do I need to print my e-ticket? No, not for travel purposes. If you need payment information for reimbursem*nt or tax purposes, that's another matter.

Once you've received your eTicket, you can either add it to your Apple Wallet (iOS) or Google Wallet (Android) on your phone, print the ticket, or just show the ticket's QR code from your email. Scan the QR code on the reader at the gate, or allow one of our colleagues to scan the ticket upon request.

On click of SAVE ERS, the ticket print preview will be displayed. On click of PRINT ERS, the ticket to be saved is displayed. Enter valid name for the ticket and click on save, the booked ticket will be saved as pdf file. On launch of the saved pdf file, the user can preview or print the ETicket.
